(1) Infrastructure:
Comprises the main tower foundation and ground facilities.
(2) Main Tower Structure:
The tower body is welded from section steel to form a combined vertical structure standing on the ground, with rotating and lifting components integrated into the main tower.
(3) Suspended Chairs:
24 suspended chairs are evenly distributed around the main tower, with their lifting and rotation controlled by the slewing bearing and ascending components.

(1) Rotation Mechanism:
The suspended chairs are hung from the large roof-frame disc. The disc is fixed to the upper slewing bearing ring via connecting components and connected to the oil cylinder to achieve lifting. The slewing bearing can withstand axial force, tilting moment, and substantial radial force. It engages with the output shaft gear on the reducer. The motor drives the reducer through a fluid coupling, enabling the upper slewing bearing to rotate counterclockwise at 10.4 revolutions per minute, while the lower slewing bearing rotates clockwise at 6.2 revolutions per minute.
(2) Lifting Mechanism:
The lifting mechanism of this equipment adopts a hydraulic transmission system. The oil pump is a gear pump, paired with a 3kW AC motor. The oil cylinder is a single-acting piston cylinder with a diameter of 100mm, providing smooth ascending and descending motion. The hydraulic circuit is equipped with a reliable relief valve to stabilize oil pressure and ensure safe system operation.
3、Operational Control Mode
Utilizes frequency converter control. The operator activates the power switch to start the system, driving the equipment from slow to medium speed operation.
(1) The design specifies the operating environmental conditions as follows:
Permissible ambient temperature range: -5℃ to +40℃;
Permissible ambient humidity: ±5℃;
Permissible altitude: ≤1500m. For altitudes greater than 1500m, contact the manufacturer promptly;
Operation shall be suspended during thunderstorms, heavy rain, dense fog, snow/frost; operation shall be suspended when wind speed >15m/s.

5.1、According to the technical requirements of the foundation drawing, the user shall engage a qualified civil engineering unit for construction.
5.2、Take C20 concrete test blocks for strength testing purposes.
5.3、Before equipment installation, the foundation shall be thoroughly inspected and must meet design requirements before proceeding with equipment installation.
5.4 The position and exposed height of steel structure embedded parts and anchor bolts must comply with design drawing requirements; anchor bolts shall be free from inclination, perpendicular to the ground, with threads coated with a small amount of grease.
5.5 Foundation position, geometric dimensions (deviations for reference):

5.6 Gravel, soil, and water accumulation on the foundation surface shall be clear and clean.
2.1、Use cables to cordon off the construction site; unauthorized personnel are not allowed to enter the construction area to prevent accidents.
2.2、Clear debris from the embedded parts, ensuring the site remains level, clean, and free of obstacles.
2.3、Connect the temporary power supply required for construction, pay attention to electrical safety, and implement safety protection measures.
5.1、No-load operation test: Perform manual and automatic tests separately for more than three times each, and conduct continuous testing for 8 hours under actual working conditions.
5.2、Full-load operation test: Conduct continuous operation testing under actual working conditions, not less than 8 hours per day, with cumulative continuous operation testing not less than 80 hours.
5.3、Partial load operation test: Concentrate 1/2 of the rated load in the cabins within half the range, and conduct continuous testing three times according to actual conditions.
5.4、The entire machine shall operate normally, without abnormal vibration impacts, overheating, or abnormal noises.
5.5、During operation, promptly identify and resolve issues to ensure equipment safety operation.
Cotter pins are used for pins and shaft types, while bolts are equipped with spring washers and flat washers. After installation, all connection devices must be secure and reliable, firmly connected, and all structures must be installed stably and reliably with no abnormal defects found. After debugging confirms normal operation and self-inspection approval, the quality inspection department shall conduct inspection. The quality inspector shall examine the installation quality according to the GB/T8408-2008 standard. Upon passing the inspection, an installation acceptance report shall be completed. The responsible personnel shall promptly declare the installation notification and supervision inspection to the local Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. Installation records and related documents shall be properly maintained. Installation personnel must possess qualified certifications.
a、After passengers are seated securely in the chairs, lower the safety bar and fasten the safety hook before preparing to start the ride.
b、Turn on the power supply, refer to the attachment (Panel Indicator Diagram), press the power switch, and sound the warning bell. Confirm that all safety conditions are met before pressing the start switch to begin operation. The operating duration has been preset by the manufacturer and should not be adjusted arbitrarily. If adjustment is necessary, consult the manufacturer before making any changes. In case of emergency, press the stop button to halt the main motor and oil pump motor.

4.1、Before starting, visitors must be reminded to hold on firmly and be seated securely, fasten their seat belts, then sound the warning bell before starting the equipment.
4.2、Before official operation each shift, perform no-load operation more than twice; only after everything is normal can visitors be admitted.
4.3、If abnormal conditions occur during operation, the equipment must be stopped promptly for inspection and handling.
4.4、All electrical components and the pneumatic system have been adjusted according to equipment requirements during factory shipment and must not be adjusted arbitrarily to avoid disrupting the control program, affecting operation, or causing accidents.
4.5、Operation is prohibited during thunderstorms, humidity, or strong winds to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
6.1、During equipment operation, if overheating, abnormal noises, or other irregularities occur in electrical components, immediately cut off the power supply and conduct repairs; do not continue operation under such conditions.
6.2、During normal operation, if the warning bell rings while the turntable stops rotating, immediately press the stop button and then release it. Then press the warning bell button again, followed by the start button.
6.3、If the turntable suddenly stops rotating during operation, immediately open the cabinet door to check whether the frequency converter is alarmed. If so, press the red reset button, and the turntable will restart. After the cycle completes, evacuate passengers. Maintenance personnel must immediately check whether the motor is abnormal or if the equipment is severely unevenly loaded. If so, rectify the fault before resuming passenger operation.
6.4、Power failure before operation: In case of sudden power outage, manually open the bars to evacuate visitors using manual bar release tools or backup batteries.
6.5、Power failure during operation: In case of sudden power outage causing motion to stop, manually raise the platform, manually open the bars to evacuate visitors, and ensure the manual operation system of the platform functions properly.
6.6、Maintain records of safe operation status. Strictly prohibit using expired equipment. Immediately stop operation during severe weather or equipment malfunction and implement effective emergency measures.
A、Equipment maintenance personnel shall perform daily maintenance and regular servicing of the Swinging Flying Chair ancillary facilities, and maintain maintenance records;
B、After major repairs to the Swinging Flying Chair and its ancillary facilities, loaded test runs shall be conducted more than 5 times, and the lifting system shall undergo 8 hours of continuous fault-free test operation with no abnormal noises;
C、Equipment inspection items: Users must strictly implement the semi-annual, monthly, and daily inspection system for the Swinging Flying Chair, and operation with faults is strictly prohibited;
D、Safety inspection content: For Swinging Flying Chairs in use, a comprehensive inspection shall be conducted annually, including safety technical performance checks of the lifting, traveling, slewing, and speed change mechanisms at rated speeds.
A、Whether control devices, speed limiting devices, and other equipment are effective and reliable;
B、Whether operation is normal, with any abnormal vibrations or noise phenomena;
C、Condition of various easily worn parts;
D、Whether safety belts, etc., are intact;
E、Inspection of lubrication points and replenishment of lubricating oil;
F、Whether critical components are normal.
G、Inspections shall be documented in detail and archived for reference.
A、Whether various safety devices or components are effective;
B、Whether the power unit, transmission, and braking systems are normal;
C、Whether the lubricating oil volume is sufficient, and the cooling system and backup power supply are normal;
D、Whether the control circuits and electrical components are normal.
5.3.1 Strengthen safety inspections. In addition to routine daily, weekly, monthly, pre-holiday, and pre-peak season inspections, the Swinging Flying Chair must undergo a comprehensive annual overhaul as stipulated. Operation of equipment with faults is strictly prohibited.
5.3.2 Daily pre-operation routine safety checks must be conducted diligently and responsibly. Establish a safety inspection recording system. Equipment without the signature of a safety inspector must not be put into operation.
5.3.3 Maintain records of the equipment’s safe operational status. Strictly prohibit using amusement facilities and equipment that have exceeded their safe service life to carry passengers.
5.3.4 Emergency measures for the Swinging Flying Chair in case of critical situations:
a. If abnormalities occur in the cabin’s balance pull rod, the cabin tilts, or fractures appear in any part of the cabin, immediately stop the machine to lower the cabin, while informing passengers via broadcast to hold firmly onto the handrails.
b. If a sudden power outage occurs during the operation of the Swinging Flying Chair and the cabin cannot descend automatically, staff should quickly open the manual valve to release oil, lowering passengers from high altitude to the ground. If power is available but the directional valve fails to change direction, use the same method to lower passengers.
c. If abnormal vibration, impact, or noise occurs during the operation of the Swinging Flying Chair, immediately press the emergency stop button, cut off the power supply, and evacuate passengers. Only after inspection and fault resolution should the equipment be restarted.
Individuals with spinal diseases, hypertension, heart disease, epilepsy, mental disorders, those under the influence of alcohol, pregnant women, and other persons lacking self-control capability,
the elderly, frail, ill, or disabled, individuals with limited mobility, and children under 1.3m in height or under 8 years of age should not ride the Swinging Flying Chair unaccompanied.
(1) When the Swinging Flying Chair rotates, passengers should lean their body weight toward the center of the circle.
(2) During the ride, both hands should always hold onto the handrails.
(3) Seat belts must be fastened while riding the Swinging Flying Chair.
(4) Loose items should not be carried during the ride.
(5) Taking photos during the ride or attempting to get off midway without authorization is not permitted.
9.1.1.When abnormalities occur in the cabin’s balance pull rod, the cabin tilts, or fractures appear in any part of the cabin, immediately stop the machine to lower the cabin, while informing passengers via broadcast to hold firmly onto the handrails.
9.1.2.When external environmental changes occur during the operation of the Swinging Flying Chair, such as sudden power outages or heavy rain, the operator should immediately press the emergency stop switch to halt the equipment, manually deflate to return the turntable to its position. Then press the manual button of the electromagnetic valve on the turntable door to open it, lower the gangway, allowing staff to evacuate passengers.
9.1.3.If abnormal vibration, impact, or noise occurs during the operation of the Swinging Flying Chair, immediately press the emergency stop button, cut off the power supply, and evacuate passengers. Only after inspection and fault resolution should the equipment be restarted.
