What documents can you provide?
Usually, we provide Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of loading, and CUTR Origin certificate. If your markets have any special requirements,such as CE,BV.UTV, SGS can be customized.
How about the warranty of the products?
Guaranteed 18 months.
What’s your products delivery time?
Usually in stock rides will be delivery 5 ~ 7 days;Normal production time is 15 ~ 35 days.

Which certificate does our factory have?

How about the rides installation?
Our engineers are available to go to your country for installation if needed. If no need engineer install in site, we will send you free install pictures or install videos.And guide you during the installation process.
