(1) The maintenance personnel of large-scale amusement equipment strictly carry out daily, monthly, and annual work, do a good job in daily maintenance, regularly add lubricating oil that meets the design and manufacturing requirements, and timely replace damaged vulnerable parts and important components. Regularly maintain the electrical system of the equipment, replace easily damaged components in a timely manner, and use products that meet the design and manufacturing requirements. Prepare spare parts and rescue supplies for amusement equipment.
Regularly organize training for operators and equipment maintenance personnel to enable them to master operational skills proficiently. Operators must strictly follow the procedures specified in the regulations and user manual, and are strictly prohibited from engaging in illegal operations. Pay attention to the operation of the electrical system. If there are any abnormal phenomena, the machine should be shut down for maintenance to avoid accidents. Regularly organize emergency plan drills for relevant personnel.
(2) For common faults of scooter equipment, the design of new amusement equipment should have standard requirements to ensure accurate design calculations and clear usage conditions. Manufacturing and installation require craftsmanship and quality, with smooth and even tracks, smooth vehicle operation, and design requirements for testing. And design document identification, type testing, and inspection should be strictly carried out in accordance with relevant regulations. In daily maintenance work, timely replace worn wheels, damaged bearings, and vulnerable parts. The replaced wheels, bearings, and vulnerable parts should meet the design and manufacturing requirements. When carrying passengers on the train, avoid serious overloading. Strictly operate the equipment according to its usage conditions, and it is strictly prohibited to operate it under the wind load and low temperature specified in the design.
It is strictly prohibited to operate during rain or when there is water on the surface of the slide. The operating methods and precautions should be explained to the skaters, and patrol personnel and observers should be arranged to remind the skaters at dangerous points. Adopt the methods of teaching sliding and weaving, and determine the sliding speed. Strictly control the distance between vehicle releases and avoid collisions. (3) Measures for passengers in abnormal situations should be clearly stated in the passenger notice regarding the physical condition of the passengers riding the equipment. For equipment with high risks, passengers should be informed of the physical requirements of children’s play equipment for passengers, and efforts should be made to avoid unsuitable crowds. During the operation of the equipment, if passengers feel uncomfortable, they should stop the vehicle in a timely manner and put down the passengers.
