(1) The maintenance personnel of large-scale amusement equipment strictly carry out daily, monthly, and annual work, do a good job in daily maintenance, regularly add lubricating oil that meets the design and manufacturing requirements, and timely replace damaged vulnerable parts and important components. Regularly maintain the electrical system of the equipment, replace easily damaged components in a timely manner, and use products that meet the design and manufacturing requirements. Prepare spare parts and rescue supplies for amusement equipment.
Regularly organize training for operators and equipment maintenance personnel to enable them to master operational skills proficiently. Operators must strictly follow the procedures specified in the regulations and user manual, and are strictly prohibited from engaging in illegal operations. Pay attention to the operation of the electrical system. If there are any abnormal phenomena, the machine should be shut down for maintenance to avoid accidents. Regularly organize emergency plan drills for relevant personnel.
(2) For common faults of scooter equipment, the design of new amusement equipment should have standard requirements to ensure accurate design calculations and clear usage conditions. Manufacturing and installation require craftsmanship and quality, with smooth and even tracks, smooth vehicle operation, and design requirements for testing. And design document identification, type testing, and inspection should be strictly carried out in accordance with relevant regulations. In daily maintenance work, timely replace worn wheels, damaged bearings, and vulnerable parts. During the operation of the equipment, if passengers feel uncomfortable, they should stop the vehicle in a timely manner and put down the passengers.
