This equipment’s electrical control system is equipped with operation and maintenance modes, the operation mode is respectively set with manual operation method and automatic operation method, to facilitate the management personnel in conducting equipment trial operation. 1、No-load Operation Test: Perform manual and automatic tests separately, each more than three times, and conduct continuous testing for 4 hours under actual working conditions.
2、Full-load Operation Test: Conduct continuous operation testing according to actual working conditions, with cumulative continuous operation testing not less than 8 hours.
3、The entire machine should operate normally, without abnormal vibration impact, heating, sound, and other defects.
4、During operation, promptly identify and resolve issues to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
Pin shafts and shaft types have split pins, bolts have spring washers and flat washers. After installation, all connection devices shall be safe and reliable, firmly connected, all structures shall be securely and reliably installed, with no abnormal defects found. After normal operation through debugging and passing self-inspection, the quality inspection department shall conduct inspection. The quality inspector shall inspect the installation quality according to the GB8408-2018 standard. After passing the inspection, fill in the installation acceptance report. The handling personnel shall promptly declare the installation notification and supervision inspection to the local Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. 1、Before use，check whether all parts are loose，whether the air pressure is sufficient，whether the lubricating oil is adequately filled，and whether the power supply voltage is normal。
2、Turn on the power switch，start the air compressor and wait until the pressure is reached，then press the bell button to remind passengers that it is about to start，ensure that there is no one around the equipment，and the passengers are ready。
3、After the time is up，the equipment automatically stops。
Note：The lights can be started or stopped separately as needed；during equipment operation，if an emergency occurs，press the emergency stop button to cut off the power supply。

2、Personnel on duty should be proficient in the professional knowledge and operational skills of their position, carefully read the operation and maintenance manual of the amusement ride, familiarize themselves with the structural principles, performance, purpose, and operating methods of the amusement ride, and strictly adhere to operating procedures and maintenance programs.
3、Safety inspections must be conducted before daily operation.
4、Perform trial runs no less than twice before business hours, and only start operation after confirming everything is normal.
5、Provide tourists with a detailed introduction to the amusement rules and relevant precautions. Politely decline tourists who do not meet the riding conditions from participating in the amusement activities.
6、Guide tourists to take their seats correctly, strictly prohibit overloading, avoid uneven loading, and ensure passengers are seated securely and holding on properly.
7、Maintain amusement order and dissuade tourists from staying away from the safety fence.
8、Sound a bell prompt before starting the machine, and only proceed with startup after confirming there are no hazards.
9、During equipment operation, operating personnel are strictly prohibited from leaving their posts without authorization.
10、Closely monitor the dynamics of tourists and promptly stop any unsafe behavior by individual tourists.
11、Inspect all load-bearing objects, auxiliary equipment, and the amusement area to ensure they are neat, orderly, clean, and free of safety hazards.
12、In case of thunderstorms, heavy fog, rain, snow, or wind speed exceeding 15 meters per second, the amusement ride must cease operation.
1、Strengthen safety inspections. In addition to routine inspections before daily, weekly, monthly, holiday, and peak season operations, equipment and facilities must undergo a comprehensive maintenance once a year as required. Operation of equipment with faults is strictly prohibited.
2、Conduct responsible routine safety inspections before daily operation. Establish a safety inspection recording system. Facilities and equipment without the signature of safety inspection personnel shall not be put into operation.
3、Maintain detailed records of safe operation status. Strictly prohibit using equipment that has exceeded its safe service period to carry passengers.
4、Emergency response measures must be in place during severe weather or mechanical failures. If operations are suspended as a result, public announcements should be made. After suspension due to severe weather such as thunderstorms or strong winds, a comprehensive inspection of the amusement ride must be conducted before restarting.
1、Individuals with heart disease, hypertension, coronary heart disease, vertigo patients. Cervical spondylosis, lumbar spondylosis, mental illness patients, pregnant women, and those who have consumed excessive alcohol, and other high-risk groups are strictly prohibited from riding.
2、Follow the instructions of on-site staff, queue up consciously for riding, and pay attention to safeguarding personal belongings.
3、After the start bell rings, frolicking or engaging in other dangerous actions is strictly prohibited. Passengers should hold onto the handrails firmly, and it is strictly prohibited to extend the head or body out of the cabin during operation to avoid accidents.
4、After the equipment operation ends, do not leave the seat until it has come to a complete stop.
5、Parents should supervise young children properly, and do not allow children’s hands, feet, or heads to extend into the safety guardrails to prevent abrasions or impact injuries.
6、During the ride, if you feel unwell or have any other issues, please notify the staff promptly.
7、Ride civilly, take care of the equipment, and take care of public hygiene.
（1）When the Tagada is rotating, passengers should lean against the backrest.
（2）During the ride, both hands should always grip the handrails.
（3）When riding the Tagada, passengers are strictly prohibited from leaving their seats.
（4）Loose items should not be carried during the ride.
（5）Stopping the machine for photography or leaving the ride without authorization midway is not allowed.
1．When abnormalities occur in the balance pull rod of the cabin, such as cabin tilting or cracking in certain parts, immediately stop the machine to lower the cabin, while informing passengers via broadcast to firmly hold the handrails.
2. When external environmental changes occur during the operation of the Tagada, such as sudden power outages or heavy rain, the operator should immediately press the emergency stop switch to halt equipment operation, manually release the air to reset the turntable. Then press the manual button of the solenoid valve on the turntable door to open it, lower the gangway, and staff can evacuate passengers.
3. During the operation of the Tagada, if abnormal vibration, impact, or noise occurs, immediately press the emergency incident button, cut off the power supply, and evacuate passengers. Only after inspection and troubleshooting should the machine be restarted.
A、Equipment maintenance personnel should keep work records for the daily maintenance and regular upkeep of the equipment and supporting facilities.
B、Before operation after major repairs of equipment and supporting facilities, responsible for conducting load test runs more than 5 times, and performing an 8-hour continuous fault-free test run for the lifting system.
C、Equipment inspection items: Operating units should strictly implement the annual, monthly, and daily inspection system for facilities, and strictly prohibit operation with faults.
D、The content of safety inspections includes: for the equipment in use, conduct a comprehensive inspection once a year, perform load tests when necessary, and conduct safety technical performance inspections for mechanisms such as lifting, running, rotating, and speed change at rated speed.

1、After finishing work each day or before starting work, carefully check whether all fasteners are loose; whether any mechanical parts or welds have abnormal looseness, and whether there is abnormal noise during operation. If any abnormal conditions are found, stop immediately, identify the cause, and thoroughly resolve it.
2、Replace the oil in the gear reducer every three months; add lubricating oil to the slewing bearing and gears once daily.
3、The site and the entire equipment should be kept clean regularly. If the fiberglass accumulates dirt, clean it with soft cotton cloth and a small amount of laundry liquid, then wipe and apply automotive polishing wax after drying.
4、Perform overall maintenance generally once every six months; clean, replace oil, and replace worn parts in the main transmission sections; check key mechanical parts for severe wear, cracks, open welds, or other abnormalities. If any are found, they must be resolved.
